Return and refund policy

14-day right of withdrawal

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to notify us that you wish to withdraw from your purchase, without giving a reason.

To start a return, contact us at info@peakgear.hu. Please wait for our return instructions before sending the product. Returns are sent to: Arvoa Lux Kft., 1117 Budapest, Budafoki út 111, Hungary.

Return conditions

The product must be returned in the condition in which you received it. You may inspect and handle it only as necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. Please include the original packaging where reasonably possible and your receipt or other proof of purchase.

Return shipping costs

For a return made under the 14-day right of withdrawal, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods, unless we agree otherwise. If the product is faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us before returning it so we can arrange the appropriate solution.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

Please inspect your order after delivery and contact us promptly at info@peakgear.hu if the item is defective, damaged or incorrect. Include your order number and, where possible, photographs showing the issue.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply where an applicable legal exception applies, including goods made to order or clearly personalised, and sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed. Gift cards cannot be returned. Contact us if you are unsure whether an exception applies.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you. If the return is approved, we will refund the price paid and the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option offered for the order. The refund will be made to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or you provide proof that you sent them back, whichever occurs first. Your bank or card provider may need additional time to process the refund.
